Dessert and competition. These are a few of our favorite things.
The Envisionit team gathered this past Wednesday afternoon to partake in our second annual Dessert Wars. 9 brave contestants concocted delectable treats for the enjoyment of the office. These included the likes of Frosé, Booze Cruise Cake, Lemon Blueberry Swirl Cheesecake, Hakuna Rumchata, and all kinds of cupcakes.
With voting tokens (i.e. Skittles) in hand, we cast our ballots for our favorite desserts. All competitors put their best foot forward, but only one could win the hearts and sweet teeth of the judges.
The runner up was…
Megan Porter, with her chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cupcakes!
And first place went to….
Derek Schlesselman, with his deconstructed key lime pie and homemade whipped cream!
