As a Display Media Specialist at envisionit, you will get exposure to a variety of interesting industries, collaborating with our team in the day-to-day management of client campaigns. 

Your world will revolve around trafficking & reporting for our display media campaigns as well as performing media planning and buying functions. We believe that perspective leads to wisdom and for that reason our philosophy is to train our paid media team members on multiple disciplines, so you’ll also get exposure and training on paid search and paid social channels so you will have the ability to assist when needed. (If you already have experience in these channels, even better!)

We’re ideally looking for at least one year of ad ops experience, but we will train the right person! envisionit places great emphasis on learning and growth.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Utilize DoubleClick or equivalent ad serving technology to assist in ad trafficking duties

  • Support and optimize the agency’s media campaigns through traffic management 

  • Ensure smooth delivery of campaigns by maintaining and distributing pacing reports 

  • Run point on the RFP and negotiation process across client campaigns with vendors/partners, ensuring placements meet campaign objectives

  • Work within the agency’s protocol to handle media authorizations, billing, and insertion orders

  • Ensure digital assets will deliver on brand and campaign objectives

  • Communicate campaign performance and present reports

  • Provide technical support for external media partners, creative partners, and engineering teams to help troubleshoot problem creative and tracking issues

Additional Responsibilities (we are willing to train):

  • Work with Paid Search Manager to establish client-specific paid search objectives, strategies, budget estimates and insights

  • Translate business and marketing goals into Paid Search programs

  • Execute upon the paid search campaign strategy development and implementation

Requirements:

  • 1-3 post-internship years of experience in media buying, programmatic buying and/or ad ops 

  • Ideal Experience: Google, Bing, and DoubleClick Campaign Manager platforms, DART for Advertisers or other relevant 3rd party ad servers

  • Experience with research tools – e.g. comScore, Kantar, Ad Relevance @plan, Media Matrix is a plus

  • Previous success executing paid digital media programs

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage projects from beginning to end

  • Ability to think strategically and work independently

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize to meet goals and timelines
