Envisionit’s coveted Client Experience Manager role advances with the addition of Certified Account Based Marketer Meredith Konrad
We’re so excited to welcome Meredith Konrad as our newest Customer Experience Manager! Envisionit CEMs are dedicated to providing clients with the best experience they’ve ever had in partnering with an agency. Meredith will serve as the resident expert on everything client-related, rallying the team around our clients’ marketing strategies and strategic plans so we can effectively work together to achieve the best possible results.
As captain of the client experience ship, Meredith ensures that the team always knows our end destination, how we’re going to get there and steers us all back in the right direction if a plan starts to veer off course. She fully embraces both the science and art of organizing client priorities, and gets to work her skills and expertise in inspiring and leading a sense of shared purpose, vision and outcomes that align with our clients’ expectations and goals.

Meredith brings a jam packed track record of both client service and marketing experience to Envisionit. She is thoroughly versed in demand generation, lead generation, email marketing, SEO & SEM, media buying & planning, revenue growth strategies and so many other valuable skills. Not only is she a Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Scrum Product Owner, but she is also certified in Account Based Marketing (ABM)!
