Deanna Galea makes strides on Envisionit’s Client Experience Team

We are excited to have Deanna as part of the team here at Envisionit. Serving as her clients’ main point of contact, Deanna’s role focuses on providing clients with the best experience they have ever had when engaging an agency. She is a stellar communicator who is reliable, proactive, energetic and humble.

The core accountabilities of Deanna’s role center around supporting the client and the internal team. She manages communications, delivery and relationships, as well as project scoping, planning and tracking. Deanna has the innate ability to make personal connections with both clients and coworkers while helping lead Envisionit to success.

The Recipe for Excellent Project Management

A Chicagoland native, Deanna graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a B.A. in Advertising and Public relations with a minor in Marketing. Throughout her career, Deanna has gained experience in copywriting, graphic design and most notably account & project management. We value Deanna’s attention to detail and processes, and her outgoing personality.

Her diverse skill set comes from her extensive knowledge in multiple industries. She kicked off her career as a marketing coordinator and was quickly promoted to a hybrid account and project manager at a real estate agency’s internal marketing firm. Working with 300 different clients, she gained extensive account and project management experience, perfected time management and honed her organizational skills.

Deanna later landed at an agency much like Envisionit, with clients in various fields ranging from non-profits to hardware distributers and everything in between. She then moved to a creative agency as a Senior Account Executive, which gave her exposure to quick turnaround projects.

In her free time, Deanna is an avid baker. She describes her approach to baking and project management to be incredibly similar. Her favorite dessert to make, macarons, requires intense concentration to detail. If you do not have the proper ingredients and follow the exact order of events, timelines and techniques, the outcome will not be successful. “The same could be said about project management,” Deanna explains. “If you don’t have all of the ingredients, a good recipe and good time management, your project or your bake will not turn out as hoped.”
