About this position

The Vice President of Media at Envisionit will be instrumental in building and leading our Paid and Organic Media programs for top Fintech, Tourism and other brands. Reporting to the Chief Solutions Officer, this executive will be responsible for building and leading the end-to-end solutions delivery of paid media planning, operations, execution & reporting and organic SEM strategy & implementation. This role will partner closely with cross-functional internal colleagues in Strategy, Client Service, Sales, Creative and Data & Analytics. They will be key to ensuring our clients success and the face of the agency as a Paid and Organic Media expert. 

Individuals to be considered should be effective communicators, results-oriented, solutions-driven and, most importantly, able to build actionable media programs that improve business outcomes. Business & marketing technology knowledge and understanding of testing methods are needed to thrive in this multi-functional leadership and executive-facing position.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Leads in-house SEO and Paid Media teams, setting team vision, managing utilization, resourcing, account alignments & priorities across multiple initiatives
  • Owns media team product roadmap, including identifying gaps in current offerings aligned to client and prospect needs, & foresight into implementing new industry trends 
  • Partners with internal Sales and Marketing on our product and services positioning in marketplace
  • Procures, implements and trials new partner offerings that are economically advantageous for the agency and clients
  • Serves as key point of contact with new and existing business RFPs, including new business pitches
  • Stays informed on client programs and guide teams on up and cross-sell opportunities
  • Oversees media strategies, plans and solutions, ensuring they are aligned to client/prospect objectives and measurable goals
  • Establishes efficient & effective solutions that are estimated accurately against value and effort 
  • Identifies any downstream client obstacles proactively, anticipating needs and recommend adjustments
  • Accountable for overall media excellence and performance, including client satisfaction and ensures output quality that meets or exceeds industry and client expectations
  • Partners with Data Analytics and Insights team on reporting and to implement testing strategies that contribute to business outcomes, are scalable and impact overall program health
  • Maximizes client investments by understanding the levers that impact performance, scale and overall impact to outcomes
  • Keeps apprised of key industry trends across channels and implements best-in-class practices, including products to support automation, testing and measurement capabilities
  • Implements training plans and suggest certifications to ensure teams are knowledgeable and we are competitive as an agency with necessary training and certifications
  • Communicate best practices sharing across the media team, agency and external stakeholders



  • 10+ years of related work experience 
  • Hands-on experience with Paid Search media planning and buying - programmatic and social media planning and execution experience is a plus
  • Ability to manage several simultaneous projects with a focus on results, including getting into the platforms with the teams when needed
  • Expert knowledge in marketing technology ecosystem and full-funnel omni-channel marketing programs; SEM, including paid search and SEO
  • Willingness to expand upon testing & measurement attribution skills
  • Strong verbal and presentation skills, including coaching / mentorship
  • Basic to moderate knowledge of email / ABM, landing page and user experience testing
