About this position

Envisionit is a sales and marketing agency (that’s not a typo) for enterprise and growth-stage fintechs who want to pour rocket fuel on that growth in order to IPO, exit or become masters of the universe. We know that to do that well, sales and marketing have to work hand-in-hand. And we pride ourselves on being the connective tissue that really does make 1+1=3.

As we continue to build our already incredible roster of enterprise-level fintech clients, we are always looking for strategic-minded Sales Managers with a deep understanding of the fintech sales and marketing ecosystems, and passion for being the catalyst for growth both internally and externally. 


Experience / Skills

  • Must have significant, well-rounded marketing experience for enterprise-level clients  
  • Must be able to have accountability for a growth target, identifying opportunities and building the pipeline to proactively achieve it
  • Must be able to command attention and respect from both clients and coworkers
  • Must be able to establish and nurture relationships with clients as a credible marketing partner who can be called upon to help solve a full range of marketing challenges
  • Must have the ability to balance being a self-starter with utilizing the entire ‘toolbox’ of talent & knowledge within Crue’s walls
  • Must be able to build relationships internally to ensure that the right teams/disciplines are utilized for specific client opportunities
  • Must be adept at navigating cross-functional teams and resources and leading these cross-functional groups with clear briefs and deadlines
