Recognizing that a seamless online experience is essential to supporting patients at every step, Pinnacle sought to unify its diverse brands under one cohesive digital platform—removing friction and making the path to care clearer than ever.

It takes a village… and an integrated agency

With tremendous growth came the need to create a unified digital experience reflecting the excellence across Pinnacle’s expanding network. Recognizing this pivotal moment, Pinnacle partnered with Envisionit to help build on its strong foundation and set a standard for connected, patient-centered fertility care.

Their goals were clear—consolidate infrastructure, elevate the patient experience, and drive appointments at scale across their footprint.

The Envisionit team proposed a reimagined digital ecosystem that would:

  • Unify Pinnacle’s online presence under one scalable brand
  • Create a streamlined experience—for every type of patient
  • Start driving appointments ASAP

Getting to the heart of the challenge

This was clearly more than a web development project. It was a full-blown digital transformation that required an integrated approach. We needed to create a foundation that would not only look great and work flawlessly, but also drive real-world results, like new consultations, booked appointments, and confidence for prospective parents.

We started by diving deep. That meant working closely with stakeholders across Pinnacle’s network, getting to know their goals, frustrations, internal capabilities, and the diverse types of patients they serve—from career-driven individuals and LGBTQ+ couples to those exploring donor or surrogacy options. 

This collaborative approach blended strategic discovery and a comprehensive digital review—identifying opportunities to amplify what Pinnacle was already doing well and aligning all efforts under a shared vision.

A digital foundation built for scale—and sensitivity

The first order of business was to build a unified, scalable website experience that could serve every clinic location, every audience, and every step of the patient journey. Photography was also updated throughout to more appropriately represent target audiences and evoke the right emotions. By leveraging a flexible multisite platform, the solution allowed each clinic to proudly maintain its local identity while benefitting from the strength and consistency of the Pinnacle brand.

Our team created a centralized CMS in WordPress, built with enough flexibility to maintain individual clinic identities while reinforcing the overarching brand. We also moved everything under the Pinnacle Fertility brand, including Pinnacle Surrogacy and Pinnacle Egg Bank. 

The resulting modular system supports over 40 content pages and 12 custom templates—all built with accessibility, compliance, and user experience in mind. The new platform empowers Pinnacle’s team to manage content efficiently, reinforcing both individual clinic stories and the national brand promise. Built from the ground up with SEO, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), and HIPAA compliance in mind, the new system empowered Pinnacle’s team to manage content centrally while still tailoring it locally.

The new experience guides future parents from initial curiosity to consultation with clarity and confidence. Every page, every touchpoint, is carefully crafted to reflect Pinnacle’s unified voice and mission.
