Helping destinations grow, evolve, and lead with clarity has been at the center of Erin White’s career for nearly 20 years. A Certified Destination Management Executive (CDME), she combines deep expertise across destination marketing, media relations, brand strategy, and meeting sales with a practical understanding of how DMOs operate in today’s complex landscape. She was named to the inaugural class of Destinations International’s 30 Under 30, a recognition that reflects both her leadership and industry impact.

As Director of Strategic Development at Envisionit, Erin connects agency capabilities to the real-world challenges destination leaders face, ensuring strategy translates into sustainable growth. Previously, she led marketing and media relations for Visit Bloomington, launching a new brand platform, producing award-winning visitor guides, and delivering record-setting campaigns.

Erin is known for her annual Instagram garden tour, her ever-growing travel magnet collection, and teaching friends how to play mahjong. In the summer, you’ll likely find her cruising on the “Quarantoon,” the pandemic-era pontoon that became a beloved seasonal tradition.
